Some computer specification confusion!!?

Hi,
I use my computer for itunes, email, internet, word processing, photo editing and sometimes i have al these up at once and i need a computer to run seemlessly and quickly with all of these things running at once...i have been reccomended a custom PC with these specs...

Haha, you definitely don't need a Black Edition Phenom for browsing the web. There's a lot more hardware there than you really need, but if that doesn't bother you then go for it.
