Warcraft III LAN Troubles?
I have the two computer Plugged directly into each other using a phone cable (Ethernet) and they are both hooked up to the same network using wireless receivers.
But for some reason it will not show games posted by either computer.
I got it to work using Starcraft and Starcraft: Brood War.
A little help please?
What the flyin h you got them connected with an ethernet cable for if they both connect to a wireless network? Sounds to me like you got everything BUT a network set up.

have two computers and I want to connect the two computers by bsnl broadband single user 750 plus plan. I have a type III modem( ADSL Modem -SmartAX MT841). I came to know I can do it by using a router. But Is it possible to do it with the modem I have configuring as router. Please let me know

have purchased Tata Wimax Broadband connection (Flash 384 KBps plan).
The installation guys have installed it on Saturday (Aug 29, 2009).
But their networking knowledge seems to be poor. I am not able to connect to internet. It will display "There is no or limited Connectivity".
But the funny thing is the installation guy was able to connect to internet with his laptop. He is unaware of these issues.

Can anyone tell what may be the problem and how can it be resloved?
Or else I have to call their customer care in worst case.
I am using Windows XP Pro. My pc has "NVidia NForce 10/100 MBps builtin ethernet". Tata Indicom guys provided the "PowerDsine - PD-3001" ethernet hub.
I have tried to reinstall network driver, tried renewing the ip etc. But nothing helped.have two computers and I want to connect the two computers by bsnl broadband single user 750 plus plan.
