Our module lecturer is totally unprofessional, what are my rights?
I study in university for marketing management. Our lecturer for one of the modules repeatedly verbally assaulted our group, acted in very unprofessional manner. Saying things like 'All of you will fail this module' constantly towards our group. Once she even grabbed my phone straight out of my hand, then threw it back on my table. I pay nearly £12000 for the course. I am totally stressed because of this situation, subsequently my motivation to study the module dropped dramatically. This university is located in London.
Actions we took so far:
all our group (about 16 people) went to the management and we wrote the full report on lecturers actions. We requested to change her. Instead, the management wrote us 2 days in advance, that we will have a lecture with her. And it is on reading week.
Please let me know what are my rights and where can I apply, because obviously the management is not cooperative..

This is a clue she is right and you will (all) justifiably fail the course.
