Photoshop question - how can I add a drop of "Tear" on a picture with photoshop effect?

make a new layer. use a brush tool, then pick blending option on the layer, edit the bevel and emboss... after that edit the opacity using whatever(u can use eraser tool)

Some people prefer boil or filter water. Many people think that water that is used for carbonated drinks in cans or bottles are safe but most of the companies generally use tap water. According to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), bottled water is considered a good option for many individuals and even tap water quality is considered satisfactory. Even boiling water is also considered a good option.
Water is contaminated with living organisms which makes it unsafe to drink. But if people boil and drink all these living organisms will die, which makes it safe to drink. But practically it is not possible to boil everyday; the best option would be to drink bottled drinking water.
