I am planning to buy a digital camera...can i use the micro SD card with adaptor instead of the standard one?
the micro SD card is smaller than the standard size SD card but i think its possible to use it with an adaptor...am i correct???
It would work only in some cameras and not others. Using the adapter throws some cameras electronics off, not recognizing it as being there and some cameras it has to slow of a wright to speed.
Just buy 2GB cards from where ever they are cheep, and almost every camera from the past 5 years will use a 2GB card no problem.

Sony only quotes transfer speeds (a maximum of 20MB/sec read and 15MB/sec write) when the card is used in conjunction with the bundled MSAC-UAH1 USB adapter, but anywho, they'll be available in 4GB / 8GB flavors this October for those who care.
