Is there any way i can check what model wireless adapter i have without opening my computer?
I don't have the original box or disc drivers. I just reinstalled windows, and i need to reinstall the drivers for my wireless adapter.
Probably not. You might even need the version of the card to install the proper drivers. Belarc might help you, but without drivers I would doubt it sees the card.
Check Your Dell 330-4113 AC Adapter Before Buying A New One
As the fast development of laptops, Dell's laptops range from entry-level to enthusiast notebooks. But like any other laptops components such as the AC adapter can break down over time. For a notebook, this is especially important, because the AC adapter provides the power that's necessary for the computer to operate or charge the laptop battery. When troubleshooting an AC adapter, visual cosmetic damage can indicates when the component is broken. Just make sure that you would pay attention to the following aspects as what I did for my Dell 330-4113 AC Adapter.
First of all, remember to lay out the Dell 330-4113 AC adapter on a flat surface and survey the cabling for any major damage. Check details for frayed wires, torn cable ends or stripped insulation --- these are all signs of damage which could prevent power from moving through the AC adapter into the computer.
Then try to plug in the Dell 330-4113 AC adapter into a wall and observe the plastic chassis portion of the adapter. Most AC adapter models feature an LED which lights up when power flows through the unit. If this LED is unlit, it likely means that the entire adapter is broken.

If the adapter fails to supply constant power when the plug is being rotated, the internal plug may be bent or damaged. When the plug doesn't come in full contact with the socket, power can't be transferred to the laptop.

Check the laptop's model number. Use the search engine on a power adapter vendor's website to search for a compatible power adapter by your laptop's model number (see Resources).
Match your laptop's power rating with that of the aftermarket power adapter. The voltage of the power adapter must match the voltage of the aftermarket adapter. The amp rating of the aftermarket adapter must meet or exceed the requirements of your laptop.
Locate the power specifications of your laptop--usually printed on the bottom or near the laptop's power port. Locate the amperage (AMPs) and voltage (V) rating of your laptop on the power specifications list.
Select a power adapter tip from the aftermarket power adapter's kit. This fits firmly into your laptop's power port. The selected tip should not fit too loosely or need excessive force to fit the laptop's power port.
